Researchers from the BEST project participated in the WE-Heraeus-Seminar “Process Integration, Chemical and Thermal Energy Storage for the Energy Transformation”, which took place online from 22 to 24 March, 2021.
During this webinar, Prof. Francesco Contino was invited to give a lecture on the results of his research group on “Hydrogen and ammonia: robust production, utilization, and systemic impact“.
In addition, a poster entitled “Comprehensive integration of the nonenergy demand within a whole-energy system: Towards a defossilisation of the chemical industry in Belgium” was presented by Davide Tonelli and Xavier Rixhon.
